At Hotel-Ikast there is no staff at the reception. When you order online on our website, you will receive a personal door code on your E-mail and phone (SMS).
Use the door-code to enter the hotel and your room. Simple as that.
In the morning, the hotel is staffed and you are always welcome to contact the staff if you have questions regarding the hotel.
Sorry, it is not possible to get breakfast before 7:00am.
